Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil water.
  2. Add bouillon cubes to dissolve, then stir in converted rice and onion flakes.
  3. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. While rice is cooking, melt butter in small saucepan and add annato seeds.
  5. Simmer on low for 10 minutes.
  6. When rice is done, pour annato mixture through a strainer and into the rice.
  7. Add parsley and stir well until color is mixed evenly.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
