Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 190c degrees or 375F.
  2. In a large bowl combine flour, all bran and brown sugar
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together oil and eggs and add to the dry ingredients, Add buttermilk and mix until just combined
  4. Spoon Mixture into lightly greased 1/2 cup capacity muffin tins.
  5. Bake for 25 to 30 min.
  6. Turn on to wire racks to cool
  7. Enjoy!
