Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Stir together flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Set aside.
  2. In medium mixing bowl, beat together the 1/2 cup margarine and the 1 cup sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs. Beat well.
  4. Stir in apples,All-Bran Buds cereal and flour mixture. Stir until thoroughly combined.
  5. Spread evenly in greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
  6. Bake at 350° F about 1 hour or until cake begins to pull away from sides of pan. Cool completely.
  7. Frost or dust with powdered sugar.
