A Little More Than a Banana Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/3 tsp salt
  • 1 -3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix eggs, oil, milk and bananas until well blended.
  3. Add flour, white sugar, baking powder and salt until well mixed - do not over stir.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Grease a 9 x 5 loaf pan or line with waxed paper.
  6. Pour mixture into pan.
  7. Mix brown sugar and cinnamom - sprinkle over top of loaf - do not mix inches.
  8. Bake for approx 60 minutes ot until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Remove from oven and cool in pan for ten minutes.
  10. Remove from pan and cool on rack till completely cooled.
  11. Store in an air tight container.
