Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 3 medium mashed bananas
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Stir eggs, mashed bananas, oil, and milk until well blended.
  3. Add flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Stir in chocolate.
  5. Spray pam (or butter/oil) on 9x5 pan.
  6. Pour in 9x5 loaf pan.
  7. Bake 55 minutes.
