Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Sift dry ingredients together.
  2. Cream sugar and shortening together; add eggs, vanilla and milk.
  3. Beat well.
  4. Add the sifted dry ingredients; mix well.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for one hour, and then roll out on floured surface.
  6. Sprinkle with sugar/cinnamon.
  7. Roll as a jelly roll.
  8. Slice and bake for about 10 minutes.
