Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cream butter (or margarine) and sugar.
  2. Add eggs and bananas.
  3. Sift flour and sugar.
  4. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  5. Pour into greased loaf pan.
  6. Bake at 350F for 50 minutes, 30 minutes for mini-loaf pans. use toothpick method to check for doneness.
