Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups wheat flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup pecans
  • 1/4 cup flax seed
  • some nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice, and cloves (mostly nutmeg or cinnamon)

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients while dancing to K-os in a kimono and flip-flops at 5 am, drop by the spoonful onto foil-covered cookie sheet and bake at 400 for 10 minute.
