I woke up at 5 am and made these.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups wheat flour
1 cup canned pumpkin puree
1 egg
1/2 cup sugar
1 banana
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup pecans
1/4 cup flax seed
some nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice, and cloves (mostly nutmeg or cinnamon)
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients while dancing to K-os in a kimono and flip-flops at 5 am, drop by the spoonful onto foil-covered cookie sheet and bake at 400 for 10 minute.
