Ingredients:

  • 6 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup onion, minced
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp oil

Directions:

  1. Mix ingredients well and marinate lamb shoulder or butterflied leg of lamb for only 1 hour.
  2. Grill or broil meat to your liking.
