Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel and shred a large zucchini.
  2. Add egg and cheese and mix well. You may prefer to use your hands.
  3. Spread the dough onto the pan evenly.
  4. Watch the middle of the crust because it can get too thick.
  5. Bake at 450 for 12 to 15 minutes or until crust is cooked.
  6. Let cool before serving.
