Ingredients:

  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 30 g rice
  • 10 g flour
  • 1 liter water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Mix the yogurt and flour well
  2. Dilute the mix in the water
  3. Add the rice
  4. Cook over medium heat
  5. Add the olive oil at last on top before serving
