Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat olive oil in large pot.
  2. Add rice and stir.
  3. Fry for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add remaining ingredients, stir and heat to boil.
  5. Cover and keep on low heat for 1 hour, stirring once or twice.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
