Ingredients:

  • 1 kg flour (1 package)
  • 550 ml water (lukewarm)
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 30 -50 g yeast

Directions:

  1. Add water to half of the flour.
  2. Mix 1 minute.
  3. Add crumbled yeast.
  4. Mix 5 minutes.
  5. Add salt and 2 tablespoon olive oil.
  6. Mix 1 minute.
  7. Add second part of flour.
  8. Mix 3 minutes.
  9. Add 3 tablespoon oil.
  10. Mix until dough separates form the walls.
  11. Dived into 2 portions.
  12. Let rise at least 30 minutes for pizza or 1 1/2 hours for bread.
  13. Ready to use or to bake.
  14. Now you can use both or freeze one portion. Or you make one pizza and one bread!
