Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup oatmeal
  • 2 1/2 cups bread flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp yeast

Directions:

  1. Bake according to manufacturer’s instructions, adding the pecans during the add-ins cycle or 5 minutes before the final kneading.
