Ingredients:

  • 2 small yellow squash
  • 2 small green onions
  • margarine to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Slice squash about 1/4-inch thick.
  2. Chop green onions.
  3. Layer in microwave safe dish.
  4. Add dots of margarine, salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Cover loosely with waxed paper.
  6. Microwave on high for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking time.
