Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook and mash sweet potatoes.
  2. Add sugar, egg yolks, butter, onion juice, salt, pepper and paprika and mix well.
  3. Chill, then shape.
  4. Roll in egg whites, then in cracker crumbs.
  5. Fry in deep, hot oil for 3 to 5 minutes or until golden brown.
