Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Dressing:
  2. Use a small sauce pot and medium heat to cook all dressing ingredients until dressing is thick.
  3. Let dressing cool completely before serving - refrigerate.
  4. Pour over salad when ready to serve.
  5. Salad:
  6. Shredd lettuce or purchase already shredded.
  7. Shredd cabbage or purchase Cole Slaw Mix/Angel Hair Cole Slaw.
  8. Pick and wash spinach and drain.
  9. Toast sesame seeds on medium heat until golden and remove from the pan to serving bowl as they will continue to brown.
  10. Rinse and drain snow peas.
  11. Mix all ingredients together and toss lightly.
  12. Refridgerate until ready to serve.
