Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat griddle to about 360f degrees
  2. Add all dry ingredients to large bowl and mix well.
  3. In seperate bowl, mix egg, oil, and milk well.
  4. Add wet and dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. Cook on each side for about 4 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Makes about 4 to 5 4 pancakes.
