Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Spray a 9x5 bread pan with PAM
  3. Sift flour, Splenda, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and ground ginger together in a bowl and set aside.
  4. Melt margarine.
  5. Add in lemon zest and egg whites.
  6. Add the liquids, milk las, the dry ingredients.
  7. Mix in until flour starts to disappear.
  8. Fold the diced pears into the batter and then scrape the batter in to bread pan.
  9. Cook for 50-60 minutes but check the bread sooner as Splenda items tend to bake faster.
