Ingredients:

  • 1 1/3 cups apple juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup diced apple
  • 1/4 cup wheat gluten
  • 3 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup oats ( i used quick)
  • 3 tsp yeast

Directions:

  1. Mix in the order recommended by your breadmaker, 1 1/2 lb loaf, whole wheat setting.
