Ingredients:

  • 230 g tofu
  • 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp honey
  • 1/4 cup onions
  • 1 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 1/2 tsp oregano

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend well. Adjust seasonings as needed. Store in a jar.
