Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil potatoes until firm-tender, about 30 minutes Drain when done.
  2. With a masher, mash potatoes and start adding ingredients in the order listed above one at a time. Mash/mix well after each addition. After adding the cheese, taste and adjust salt if needed.
  3. With a hand-held mixer, whip/beat the potatoes on medium-high speed until light and fluffy (for about 2 minutes) . Serve and enjoy!
