Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Boil noodles about 5 minutes, drain,rinse with cols water, set aside.
  3. In saute pan add oil, heat onions, celery and cook until softened.
  4. Add carrots and zucchini, stir, remove from heat.
  5. In a large bowl mix noddles with veggies, sour cream, cheese, spices.
  6. Mix in eggs.
  7. Grease a baking dish, add mixture, bake 40 minutes uncovered, until set.
