Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup soy flour
  • 1/4 cup flax seed
  • 1/2 cup almond meal
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Place apples in baking dish.
  3. Mix other ingredients and sprinkle on top.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes.
