Wheat-free apple crisp offers benefits from soy flour, almond meal and flax seeds. Can be made with any tart/firm apple.
Ingredients:
5 cups apples, sliced
3/4 cup butter
1/2 cup soy flour
1/4 cup flax seed
1/2 cup almond meal
1/4 cup oats
1/4 cup unrefined sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Place apples in baking dish.
3. Mix other ingredients and sprinkle on top.
4. Bake for 30 minutes.
