Wheat Berry Fusion Salad

  1. Add wheat berries to water/stock and bring to a boil.
  2. Once boiling, reduce heat to simmer and cook about 1 hour or until preferred texture.
  3. Drain well.
  4. Combine all ingredients well and serve immediately.
  5. Serve in bell pepper cups, if desired
