Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 small onion, grated (optional)

Directions:

  1. In a jar with a tightly-fitting lid, combine ketchup, oil, sugar, lemon juice and pepper.
  2. Cover and shake vigorously.
  3. Add vinegar, and onion, if desired.
  4. Shake again.
  5. Refrigerate.
  6. Shake well before each use.
