Ingredients:

  • 1 cup shreded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cup dark beer
  • 1/2 tsp cayene pepper
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp dry mustard
  • 1/3 cup whole milk

Directions:

  1. Cut baguette into slices and lay on pan.
  2. Brush the bread with butter.
  3. Toast bread under broiler for 2 minutes until lightly toasted.
  4. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a pan.
  5. Add in equal amount of flour.
  6. Add in 1/3 cup whole mix.
  7. Pour in beer.
  8. Now throw in the cheese.
  9. Mix in spices and mix togther.
  10. Last whisk in egg.
  11. Spoon mix into toast.
