Cheese and Beer Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 3/4 cup beer
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in skillet.
  2. Cook, stirring, over medium heat until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbly hot.
  3. Pour over meat.
