  2. Add the onion and pepper.
  3. Cook until just soft (do not brown).
  4. Add the garlic, celery seed and Dijon.
  5. Heat for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  6. Remove from the heat and allow the sauce to sit for 15 minutes.
