Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Trim beans and cut in half lengthwise then cook in boiling salted water until tender.
  2. Drain then place in warm serving dish.
  3. Place onion and bacon in small skillet and sauté until bacon is crisp.
  4. Whisk together eggs, vinegar and sugar in small bowl then whisk this mixture into skillet.
  5. When sauce is hot pour it over beans then toss and serve immediately.
