Vidalia Cucumber Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 large cucumber, sliced thinly
  • 1/2 large vidalia onion, sliced thinly
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/3 cup white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp celery seed

Directions:

  1. Layer slices in air-tight container and top with remaining ingredients. Flip every so often for about 1/2 hour until mixed.
