Ingredients:

  • couple lb of venison, i used caribou but deer meat is just as good
  • 5 or 6 shakes of worchestire sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • couple shakes of catsup
  • 4 squirts of mustard
  • 1/4 tsp onion and garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Cut meat into strips, Then marinate the meat in plastic bag for four days. Bake on 250 for 4 to six hours directly on wire rack in oven.
