Ingredients:

  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 (14 oz) can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 (14 oz) can kidney beans
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup long grain rice

Directions:

  1. In a pot cook peppers, onion,garlic till tender.
  2. Add tomatoes,beans corn, chili powder, salt&pepper,cumin and rice.
  3. Bring to boil.
  4. Reduce and simmer for 30 minutes.
