i found this chili on a site and it was really good and low fat
Ingredients:
1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves
1 (14 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
1 (14 ounce) can kidney beans
1 cup corn, drained
1 cup water
3 tablespoons chili powder
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
1 teaspoon pepper
1 cup long grain rice
Directions:
1. in a pot cook peppers, onion,garlic till tender.
2. add tomatoes,beans corn, chili powder, salt&pepper,cumin and rice.
3. bring to boil.
4. reduce and simmer for 30 minutes.
