Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large skillet brown the meat. Add onion and garlic. Cook over medium heat until onions are translucent. Drain well.
  2. Stir in the rest of the ingredients except for the corn chips. Transfer to a 13x9x2 inch baking dish that has been coated with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Bake in a 350 degree oven, uncovered, for 20 minutes. Sprinkle the cornchips over the top and return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
  4. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
