Vegetarian Zucchini Corn Medley

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients, except corn and Velveeta cheese.
  2. Cook until zucchini is just tender; add 1 can of corn, drained.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Add cheese.
  5. Cover and wait until cheese is melted.
  6. Stir to coat vegetables and serve!
