Squashed Cabbage

Ingredients:

  • 1 small cabbage
  • 2 small zucchini or 2 small yellow squash
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Shred cabbage.
  2. Shred onion, I used my cheese grater.
  3. Shred squash.
  4. Dice garlic.
  5. In medium pot melt butter.
  6. Add the cabbage, onion, squash and garlic.
  7. Stir often.
  8. Cook until the veggies are still a little crisp.
  9. Salt and pepper to taste.
