Vegetarian Rice Vermicelly Stir Fry

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut toufu into small strips, pan seared until golden brown, do the same with the shitake mushrooms. toufu and mushrooms will be the meat in this recipe
  2. In medium low heat saute onion with oil until fragant
  3. Add bell pepper, and caroots until soft
  4. Add mushrooms, vermicelly, turn the fire into medium high at this moment
  5. Add toufu, add the rest of the ingredients, stir until everithing is well mixed, serve hot
