Vegetarian Rice Vermicelly Stir Fry

Vegetarian rice vermicelli could also be really good
Ingredients:
400 grams of soaked rice vermicelly
100 grams of firm toufu
100 grams of shitake mushrooms
50 grams of carrot, juliened
1 small onion or spring onion, finely sliced
1 bell pepper, finely sliced
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp minced ginger (optional)
1 tbs of soy sauce
2 tbs of vegetarian oyster sauce
1/2 tsp of sugar
2 tbs of olive oil mixed with 1 tsp of sesame oil
1/2 cup of water or vegetable broth
Directions:
1. Cut toufu into small strips, pan seared until golden brown, do the same with the shitake mushrooms. toufu and mushrooms will be the meat in this recipe
2. in medium low heat saute onion with oil until fragant
3. add bell pepper, and caroots until soft
4. add mushrooms, vermicelly, turn the fire into medium high at this moment
5. add toufu, add the rest of the ingredients, stir until everithing is well mixed, serve hot
