  4. •1 cup canned, no-salt-added, black beans, rinsed and drained
  5. •1 cup lower-sodium chipotle-flavored salsa
  6. •2 teaspoons chili powder
  7. •1 teaspoon ground cumin
  8. •1/2 cup mashed avocado
  9. Directions
  10. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the soy crumbles, beans, salsa, chili powder, and cumin. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 3 minutes, or until heated through. Top each serving with 1/4 cup of avocado.
