Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  3. In large bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, carrot, zucchini, green onions and egg. Stuff pasta with cheese mixture.
  4. In a 4 1/2-quart open roaster, pour half the sauce mixture; arrange pasta in sauce.
  5. Top with remaining sauce.
  6. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Uncover; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  8. Enjoy!
