Vanita's Easy Caramel Popcorn

Ingredients:

  • 3 quarts popped popcorn
  • 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
  • 9 large marshmallows

Directions:

  1. Put popped popcorn in a large bowl.
  2. Melt on stove; butter, brown sugar and marshmallows.
  3. When melted cook for one minute.
  4. Pour over popcorn and stir to coat popcorn.
  5. Let cool and serve. (we pour our caramel corn on a cookie sheet to cool instead of leaving it in the bowl but you can use whatever method you like).
