Caramel Popcorn Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup butter or 1/3 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Melt the butter in a large pot (like a dutch oven). Add brown sugar, corn syrup, and vanilla. Stir and bring to a boil.
  2. Remove from heat. Add popcorn and mix inches
  3. Put waxed paper on your countertop. Form popcorn into balls with buttered hands and lay on waxed paper to harden.
