Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta,drain.
  2. Add oil to wok.
  3. Add mutton or beef; cook until pink.
  4. Add potato.
  5. Add green onion.
  6. Add tomato.
  7. Add red pepper flakes and anise.
  8. Mix crushed ginger in water; add to meat.
  9. Add soy sauce.
  10. Add peppers and garlic.
  11. Add cilantro.
  12. Top on noodles.( i just add my just cooked noodles to sauce and they soaked up some of the juice ).
