Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place broth and potatoes in saucepan.
  2. Heat to a boil.
  3. Cover and cook over medium heat 10 minutes or until tender.
  4. Drain, reserving broth.
  5. Mash potatoes slightly and place in mixer bowl.
  6. Add 1/4 cup broth, cream, butter, salt and garlic powder and run on medium setting.
  7. Add additional broth, if needed, until desired consistency.
