Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Clean potatoes.
  2. Chop to desired size.
  3. Put potatoes in pot of water and boil until semi-tender.
  4. Drain potatoes.
  5. In sauce pan melt 2 tbsp butter.
  6. Add onions and sauté.
  7. Lower heat and add potatoes and 1 tbsp butter. Mix slowly until butter is melted.
  8. Add rosemary, garlic, season salt and 1 tbsp butter. Mix slowly until butter is melted.
  9. Cook for about an additional 5 minutes.
  10. Notes: -Sometimes I add a chopped bell pepper to this recipe which I include in step six -I tend to use red potatoes but any kind can really be used.
