Ingredients:

  • 2 medium turnips, diced
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 cups broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tsp thyme

Directions:

  1. Add spices, vinegar greens and turnips to broth and water.
  2. Bring to boil.
  3. Reduce to simmer for 40 minutes.
