Turkey Sausage Stir Fry with Barley

  1. Make up the chicken stock; cook the barley. Add the tomatoes.
  2. Break the turkey sausage up and stir fry it with the garlic and onion. Add the remaining raw ingredients and seasonings. Combine the barley tomato mixture with the turkey and vegetables, and serve.
